Holly
was born in Beijing and raised in several provinces in China. She holds
degrees from Qingdao Medical College and Shanghai Medical University.
After practicing medicine in China,
Holly came to America to do
post-doctoral research at the University of Notre Dame and Columbia
University.
She has also passed the USMLE exam and received the
ECFMG Certificate. Instead of continuing to pursue her medical career,
she decided to challenge herself
and start her second career in real estate. Holly transferred her
scientific logical thinking, analysis, and creative problem solving abilities
to her daily real estate work. Holly has earned her CRS, the highest
designation for a residential real estate
agent, a level that only 2%
of
realtors nationwide have attained. Holly is one of the 17 realtors in
New Jersey who earned the Certified
International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. Among over 1900 CIPS designees worldwide network, Holly has
gained access to invaluable ideas, tactics,
and referrals which help her apply international real estate knowledge
and
connections to her local real estate market and business. Holly serves Somerset, Mercer,
and Middlesex counties as a full time realtor for over 10 years. She sets
