From the brief exposure we had with realtors from other organizations, the
not-so-good experiences that other friends had with their realtors, we were
very skeptical and stepped in nimbly when we first met Holly from Coldwell -
but boy,was she a blessing in disguise!!
At the start of the home searching process, we were a little over zealous
couple and went to Holly many a time with a house we 'found' but only to be
clarified with details on why she had not short-listed it for us in the
first place - She was right always! At every juncture Holly presented to us
the pros and cons on everything which instantly helped in soaring our trust
levels.. (after all you look for someone who can present you the correct
picture rather than all being picture
perfect). Holly was also never pushy and gave us enough room to express our
perspective. Holly was exceptional in maintaining timelines, providing
feedback, taking appointments within a few hours and like I mentioned before
showing us what really suits our needs.
Once we found our 'home', we even leveraged all her contacts from the
inspector to the attorney and financier - though not verbatim since she
always gave us options to select from and it was our decision in the end.
Overall, from almost an expectation that the house buying process can be
quite unnerving, in the end, it turned out to be very pleasant for us!! We
are not sure how this feedback would translate from Coldwell to Holly, but
we have a sense of respect and gratitude for her. We surely found a nice
friend and guide in Holly and we wish her a wonderful career ahead. Thank
you Holly !
Working with Coldwell Banker in general and Holly in particular was a
pleasant experience. Working with Holly confirmed all the wonderful things
that we had heard about your services.
On this particular deal, we are grateful to Holly for the exceptional
guidance that she provided during the entire home buying process from pre
approval to closing. We being first time home buyers, had lots to learn, and
Holly understood just that and provided us guidance all the way.

Holly is an exceptional professional. Very knowledgeable, hard
working, responsive. She completely handled all requirements of my bank in a
short sale. She knew more than the attorneys! She went out of the way to
help with inspections, as I live out of state. Finally, she has a great
personal touch-called me after the closing. Even felt 'sorry' for my, as I
lost on this property. Overall, she is fantastic.

Holly is a one-in-a-million agent. Because we are first time home buyers and
investors, we have numerous questions and doubts about making a decision and
proceeding on a made decision. Holly has great patience explaining things to
us and never ever miss a call from us. She works so hard to give us the best
and most comprehensive information that we always feel assured and well
informed to handle everything during our house hunting. Because of her
professional work and helpful advice, it only takes us six months to find,
purchase, and eventually rent our first house. We would recommend Holly to
anyone who is on the housing market looking for help and in fact, we will
talk to her again soon on our next action about housing.

After we experienced a not so trustful realtor when buying
our house we changed to Holly for selling it. After a few talks with her we
feel we can really trust her. She is a down to the earth person, very
knowledgeable and hard working. She is the one who will go extra miles to
get best deal for you!
Since we are out of state, Holly took full charge of the
selling - a lot of work! She even went to a store to buy us a carbon
monoxide detector when she found out that our renter took it off and could
not find it. She did that even without we request it.
She is the person who works until last minute. In our case we
need to give some credit to our buyer for our 2nd floor job. Holly has
contacted a few contractors but could not get a quote due to various
reasons. At the same time the buyer got a quote and it is way above our
expectation (we know the rough cost). Holly found some mistakes they made
and greatly reduced the cost. We were very happy about it. But, to our
surprise, we got a call from Holly an hour before closing - she got us a
quote from a contractor who gave us a more fair market charge. Tell the
truth, we did not have a hope to get this money back at the time. But we got
it on closing!
There are other million things Holly did for us. We could not
sell the house within such a short time and while save quite a bit without
Holly. We feel that Holly treat us as friends and it is not just about
money. We are so thankful to Holly!

Holly was great. I met holly initially for a
rental and the owner was unrealistic with their requests. I was so impressed
with Holly. She was the only one of all the real estate agents that said
"would you be willing to go up a few hundred" Not only did Holly help me buy
my home for my wife and kids but she also helped sell a property in a timely
fashion so I could have the down payment for the purchase. very happy.
